I've been frustrated with voice agents as most have unacceptable pauses over phone networks.

So I built something faster.

I've managed to get latency down to a quick <350ms. It means more of a conversational flow.

Another problem: Healthcare is generally locked behind 'Enterprise' pricing. My stack is HIPAA-compliant as standard with agreements in place, US-based Microsoft servers, the works. Build for doctors, dentists & practices without spending thousands first.

We send appointments (for medical) to a provisioned MS Outlook mailbox which we supply for a small fee. No healthcare data leaves their network.

For those in other areas this is good for: Local service businesses who can take 24/7 appointments or capture leads, Customer support as we support knowledge base either via Firecrawl (enter website) or if you have more complex needs you can select advanced RAG model (Grok) and upload documents. Restaurants are also a good use case as you can add menu, opening times etc. for context and take calls.

System prompt is configurable so it's really up to you what you do. Simple email notifications (with a summary) or if you want a deeper integration supply a webhook. API keys also available!
