Jean-Benoît Henry

Hi Product Hunt 👋

I’m Jean-Benoît, the founder of Eva. Eva is born from a personal situation.

A few years ago, while I was working on online appointment systems, my grandmother kept struggling with something much simpler: she couldn’t get her doctor on the phone. Lines were busy, receptionists overwhelmed, and digital tools didn’t work for her.

I realized that while professionals were getting interrupted all day by phone calls, people like my grandmother still needed a simple way to leave a message and be heard (aka *the phone*).

That’s why I built Eva: an AI voice assistant that answers calls, understands requests, and passes on the right information. Calmly, clearly, and 24/7.

Eva has been live for about close to 18 months now. It’s mainly used by real estate agencies, but also by mechanics, lawyers, accountants, credit brokers, and other independent professionals who can’t always pick up the phone.

Today, Eva is used in Belgium, France and Switzerland, and works easily in French, Dutch, English, German and even Spanish when needed.

The goal has always stayed the same: to help professionals focus on their work, while making sure callers like my grandmother are never left unheard.

Happy to answer any questions or get feedback 🙏

Congrats on the launch — the grandma story really landed. “Never left unheard” is a great north star.
