CV-Update

Hey everyone, I built CV-Update out of a very practical frustration. Over the past year I saw many recruiters experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT, but almost always outside their actual workflow. This meant a lot of copy-pasting, loose prompts, inconsistent results and very little overview. I started wondering: what if AI wasn’t something you “asked”, but something that simply worked inside the recruitment process itself? Connected directly to vacancies, CVs and talent pools. The first versions were very rough and feature-heavy. Through conversations with recruiters, the focus shifted from “what AI can do” to “where AI actually helps without creating chaos”. That led to a more structured approach: vacancy analysis, matching and CV generation all driven by context, not prompts. CV-Update is still early, and I’m very much learning from real users right now. I’m excited to hear your thoughts, questions or critical feedback, that’s what helps shape what comes next.
