MDnexa™ is an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform built for real on-call work. It helps doctors access guidelines, differentials, ICD codes, and drug safety checks in seconds... when time, clarity, and accuracy matter most. Unlike general medical chatbots, MDnexa is designed around clinical workflows, reasoning based on local guidelines, and hospital reality.

What do you think? …

Hi guys! I'm an anesthesiologist in Germany. Often our patient are super complex: multiple comorbidities, take a whole list of medications, bad lab results, etc etc. In such cases, not only you should be careful with which medications you give, but also short on time to really think everything through. Books don't help when you have complicated cases, as well as Google or any other AI out there. OpenEvidence is great, but it follows strictly American guidelines. That's why I built an app, which helps me through my shifts. Sometimes I get a really specific question, and only MDnexa can answer me in seconds, reliably. It is reliable, because it follows the local guidelines strictly. If you are in a country, which doesn't publish its guidelines online, MDnexa adapts and answers following international guidelines on the subject. It doesn't just answer the questions, it performs drug checks, ICD-10 code checks and can even help with medical terminology - and this all under 2 minutes, whilst supporting 10+ languages. I'd love feedback from my fellow clinicians, as well as builders and anyone working at the intersection of AI and healthcare :)
