Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built WordIt because I kept seeing people struggle to write important messages when emotions were high — complaints, disputes, appeals, and formal requests. Most drafts end up either too aggressive or too vague, and rewriting them is stressful and time-consuming. The goal with WordIt is simple: help you turn a rough, emotional draft into something clear, professional, and effective — without sounding robotic. You answer a few guided questions, get a structured letter, and then edit it in your own voice. During development, I learned quickly that this isn’t about “AI writing,” it’s about tone. The hardest part was making the output feel calm, human, and appropriate for serious situations.
