Like many renters, I struggled with the two biggest challenges in housing: Finding a place that actually fits your life and finding roommates you can trust. Every search felt scattered, switching between 5–10 platforms, guessing which listings were real, and hoping a roommate would be “the right match” based on nothing but a short chat. The housing journey felt broken, stressful, and disconnected. That’s what inspired us to build Snestico. We wanted one platform that does it all: AI housing search, trusted roommate matching, neighborhood insights, marketplace, and community, all in one clean dashboard. While building this, our approach evolved from “just fix the search experience” to reimagining the entire renting ecosystem. Instead of forcing people to adapt to the process, we built a system that adapts to people. Snesty, our AI assistant, refines your search in real time. The compatibility quiz matches roommates based on lifestyle, not luck. And the community feed + marketplace bring people together around real needs, not just transactions.
