I spent hours just playing with it, amazed at how it could transform images while keeping the subject recognizable. I started looking for the right space to build something meaningful with it. That's when I discovered the pet photo editing market—and a glaring problem. Reading through reviews of existing apps, I kept seeing the same complaint over and over: "This doesn't look like MY pet." It made sense. Traditional AI image generators create entirely new images. For human headshots, people train custom models on dozens of photos. But nobody's going to spend $30+ and wait hours for training a model on their dog just to make a funny Christmas card.
