Our most popular use case has been setting up a UI for all employees in an organization to use whatever AI model they want while retaining memory in-house. Currently many employees use their own ChatGPT or Claude outside of the org which means if that individual leaves so will their AI memory. Using backboard.io, the users can still use their preferred AI but the company keeps the memory and can also identify trends across groups. Ps. our memory set up is one line of code, "memory: true" that's it. No dealing with reads/writes, polling, vector stores, or embeddings. We're new but striving to give the best developer experience in AI memory!!
