I’m Yomi Elebute, founder of Alphyre (a product of Data Circuit), and I’m thrilled to introduce what we’ve been building — an AI-powered hiring assistant that helps recruiters shortlist top candidates in hours, not weeks!

For those who don’t know me yet, my background spans enterprise data architecture, AI transformation, and recruitment tech.
After years working with data-driven organizations across public (NHS, DHSC) and private sectors (Deloitte, PwC, Sophos, BMW), I’ve seen how much time and human energy is wasted at the earliest stages of hiring — reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and trying to remain objective through it all.
That frustration became fuel for Alphyre.
