Collect 2.0

I’m really excited to share this launch with you today. When we first started building Collect, we didn’t set out to focus on one specific type of company. We simply wanted to make onboarding simpler and more efficient. Over time, we realized our sweet spot was B2B SaaS companies with high customer volumes, especially vertical SaaS where onboarding is both critical and complex. Working closely with these teams taught us a lot. Every improvement mattered. Whether it was through deep CRM integrations, cloud connectors, or the smart features we built along the way, we saw how much time and friction we could remove. For our customers, that meant turning onboarding from a bottleneck into a process that could truly scale. That is why today’s launch feels so exciting. By adding new AI capabilities, we are taking everything we have learned and pushing it further. AI now helps make customer onboarding faster, smarter, and more reliable while keeping the human touch that is essential to building strong customer relationships. We have seen the impact these kinds of improvements can have, and we know this is just the beginning. There is so much more we can do with AI to help SaaS teams save time and scale their onboarding.
