This app is decent, but I’m not sure if it’s actively being updated. The preloaded questions seem to work better than writing your own. For example, asking “is this recommended?” breaks the app and gives random responses. I assume it’s because you need to include the product name in the question, but I would have thought it would default to searching for the product (aka context) without the user having to type it out.
Overall, I think this app works best for popular products. I love the idea of finding Reddit summaries because it’s hard to trust product reviews on the web and platforms like YouTube, TikTok, etc., because people are incentivized to lie. So, it’s really thoughtful. However, I don’t know if it’s been abandoned or what the plan is. I would also love to see an actual privacy policy for a tool like this.
Really like the concept, shopping and product research often takes hours of Googling and browsing forums. Having Pigeon surface top comments and discussions right inside the browser is a game changer. Congrats on the Launch!!

@andreea_georgescu1 Native summary tools just shorten the page itself. Pigeon, however, finds relevant Reddit discussions and condenses people’s opinions, so you quickly see how the community actually feels about something instead of just a shorter description.
