Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Alireza, founder at Catch Up AI's Precision Praise.
We built this because:
• Too much praise is vague — it doesn’t reinforce what actually matters.
• We wanted to guide people to recognize real skills, actions, and impact.
• and we wanted it to be fast and engaging
So we added:
• Swipe right / left for simple praise or skip
• AI crafted statements and Colleagues selected to help you praise precisely
• Anonymity so feedback is honest and bias-free
• Gamification — streaks, levels, shared culture rewards and giving culture
Who this is for:
• Teams that want to build a culture of real recognition
• Managers & peers who want to say the right thing
• Anyone who believes praise should be specific, fair, and meaningful
Launch special: we’re giving early adopters “2 month free”— just tell us how your team uses it.
Would love your feedback:
• What’s one situation where you wish you got better praise at work?

I’ve been using Precision Praise with my team for the past couple of weeks and it’s honestly a game changer.
Giving feedback feels natural and quick no one has to type long messages anymore, and people actually enjoy doing it.
The daily coins make it fun, and the insights help me see who’s getting recognized most.
It’s the first recognition app that truly feels designed for real teams, not HR dashboards
We spent a lot of time fine-tuning it to adapt to each team’s tone, so it feels natural rather than robotic.
Glad it’s working so well for your team in Slack!

It’s often difficult to notify managers in time about team members’ strengths and weaknesses. Even when you notice something early, they’re usually too busy or ask for proof. Catch Up AI has become my go-to tool for this. As an architect working with many different managers, directors, and project teams, it helps me clearly explain why a certain team member should be added to a project or reassigned to a different area and it’s been a total game changer!

Looks like you're tackling one of the most persistent problems in team feedback, turning vague “good job”s into meaningful, actionable recognition. Awsome

@vincent_betz Thanks for your comment! Yes, exactly, we’re turning feedback from vague to accurate and actionable! We actually hacked it to be radically candid using positive psychology. 😎

@asal_esmaeeli this means a lot — thank you! 🙏
We designed Precision Praise to make recognition feel natural, fast, and fun — not another HR form to fill out.
Hearing that it’s making feedback effortless and enjoyable for your team truly makes our day. ❤️
Our team uses it in Slack — it’s crazy how natural the AI feels. Like it gets our tone 👏
@ghazal_esmaeeli That’s awesome to hear — thank you! 🙌
