I’m Adam, founder of Kea.

Our team has been obsessed with this problem for years. Before Kea, I built food-tech startups like Fluc (one of the earliest food delivery platforms) and Next Force Technology (a labor optimization platform for restaurants). I saw the same story again and again: operators stretched thin, staff burnt out, customers frustrated.

So we built Kea. A system that feels less like software and more like the world’s best order-taker. It answers in under a second, handles complex customizations, and integrates with platforms like Toast, Olo, Clover, and Square. For operators, it’s like unlocking a new revenue stream overnight.

The first time Kea took an order for me flawlessly — it felt like a glimpse of the future. Not clunky IVR menus, not “press 1 for this.” A natural, human-like conversation that works with each conversation turn.

Today, Kea is live in 30+ brands and on track for 50+ in 2025. From independents to national brands like Blaze Pizza, Via 313 Pizza, &Pizza, and Hopdoddy Burgers we’re proving that AI doesn’t replace hospitality - it truly gives it back.
