Hey there everyone 👋 Arham here, co-founder of Kallabot.
Super excited to finally share what we’ve been building. From day one, our goal was simple, to make AI voice agents accessible for every business not just big companies with massive call center budgets.
What I love most is how quickly you can set up an agent and actually see it working on real calls. No heavy configs, no steep learning curve just plug in, test, and scale.

Really interesting! How well does Kallabot handle accents or mixed-language conversations? Curious since most call center teams struggle with that?

Kallabot leverages recent speech-to-text and NLP advancements that make it far more robust with real-world conversations. It doesn’t just “pick one language” it can handle code-switching (when someone mixes languages) and adapt to regional accents. Right now, it supports 134+ languages, with real-time switching mid-call, which helps businesses serve diverse customers without hiring large multilingual teams.
Love this idea. What about compliance? For industries like healthcare or finance, how do you handle data security?

Kallabot is built with data privacy and enterprise standards in mind. All calls are processed with encrypted channels (TLS/SSL), and we don’t store sensitive data unless explicitly required by the customer. For regulated industries like healthcare/finance, we’re working toward HIPAA/GDPR compliance and also allow on-premise / VPC deployment for teams that can’t use SaaS. This way, businesses get the benefits of AI automation without compromising on compliance.
How does this compare to just building something with Twilio + OpenAI yourself? What’s the main edge here?

The short answer: you could stitch Twilio + OpenAI together, but it’s a heavy lift. You’d need to manage telephony, AI tuning, call flows, integrations, logging, retries, compliance… and every new use case means more dev work.
