What happens when we run out of credits mid-course?
When your credit balance reaches a threshold (for example, 250 credits), admins are automatically notified so there’s plenty of time to top up. You can then choose a top-up plan that fits your needs, starting from 1,000 credits and scaling upwards ensuring there’s no disruption to courses or learners.
What reporting and analytics are available to managers?
Admins have access to dynamic reporting along with all the essential reports they need covering courses, ILTs, learning paths, assessments, surveys, and the ticketing system. Dashboards provide quick-view insights into overall performance, progress, and engagement, making it easy to monitor outcomes and take action in real time.
