👋 Hey Product Hunt community! I’m Steven Buchko, co-founder of Steve.
Steve comes from years of wrestling with my own money habits. Growing up, my dad insisted that investing was just gambling, so I was left on my own to figure things out. I tried spreadsheets and budgeting apps but they fell short in giving me guidance toward reaching my goals (or even what those goals should be).
I tried financial planners/advisors as well, but they were either too expensive or wouldn't even give me the time of day because of my (lack of) net worth.
Interacting with folks around me, financial forums, and my now co-founder Greg, I realized that I wasn't alone in this experience.
