Speed up slow models

gm legends, happy Tuesday.
A coding agent picking a fight with Claude Code on its own subscription, a video editor you brief instead of learn, and an IDE somebody built a DAW inside. Plus the advisor who wanted 10% and no end date.
Faster than Claude Code

Bullet is Adi Kulkarni and Alex Sima's answer to burning hours watching agent runs: the models were fine, the loops around them were slow, so Bullet picks the model and reasoning level per prompt, parallelises reads and searches, and skips embedding your repo in favour of targeted search. 95.8% on SWE-bench Verified, 119 seconds a task.
🔥 Our Take: Everyone has spent a year arguing about which model codes best while the actual waiting happens in the harness around it, and these two just published a number for it. The cheeky part is that Bullet runs on your existing Claude Code or Codex subscription, so Anthropic and OpenAI keep the revenue and lose the surface you spend all day inside. If a YC company can strap a faster loop onto your model and you never notice the difference, the agent was never the product.
Ask it for a feature

bb is an agent orchestrator that rebuilds itself on request: ask Sawyer Hood's app for a task tracker and it builds the UI, then writes a skill teaching all your agents how to use it, and people have already made tiling systems, markdown editors and a full DAW inside it.
🔥 Our Take: Someone built a digital audio workstation inside their coding tool, which tells you the extension system is real rather than a settings page with extra steps. Most of bb is itself built on the same plugin layer it hands you, so the workflows, crons and previews are not special cases the team hardcoded. Every other orchestrator is asking you to wait for their roadmap.

No timeline, just ask

🔥 Our Take: Every video tool still hands you a timeline and expects you to go and learn it. The one that got me is "the logo on my shirt is wrong in this shot, fix it", because that used to be an afternoon of rotoscoping and now it is a sentence. Then the first thing the app does is show you 20+ video types to pick from, which is a funny way to open a product whose whole pitch is that there is nothing to learn.
