Of course. You need time off to recharge, organize the priorities and simply have a bit of rest.

Studies have shown that employees who take regular vacations are more productive than those who don't.

Vacations allow employees to rest and recharge, both mentally and physically. When employees are well-rested and refreshed, they are better able to focus, concentrate, and be creative.

Definitely yes, for employees this is a very important point that helps with burnout at work.

Vacations can improve morale.

Happy employees are more productive employees. Vacations can help to improve morale by giving employees something to look forward to and something to enjoy. When employees come back from vacation, they are often more motivated and enthusiastic about their work.

Try it out yourself. I created a rule for myself recently where I cannot do any work on Sunday. I'm pretty strict on myself and I don't do anything for work, I try not to think about it. A designated time to relax allows you to relax better when it comes to relaxing. Then on a Monday I feel like my mind is refreshed, that I get new ideas and am very creative. Taking a vacation has a similar effect on me, but on a larger scale. It allows me to think outside the box and from a new perspective. I would compare vacations and relaxation to sleeping. Without it, your thoughts seem cloudy and you cannot get to that breakthrough.
