Nothing beats an engaging email newsletters here. Newsletters can be used to upsell people, be relevant to your audience and a great way to get feedback. These are my thoughts. All the best.

I think loyalty programs definitely work. Reward them for shopping with you - however, put an expiry date on the reward so they have to come back within x time to redeem it. I see a lot of e-commerce brands do that and it totally works.
