Not a chrome extension. But would get the job done. I use this for cleaning up my downloads folder for me. Could definitely be programmed to move images to specific folders. Is useful for a bunch of other things as well. I have it delete old files / remove duplicates. Is a great utility.

This is my other favorite. I have this running all the time and it auto cleans up duplicates for me. Same as Gemini, you can do quite a lot without paying for it. I found it very useful and upgraded after a while of using it.
