I ve been trying to grow my YouTube channel for a long time, constantly experimenting with different styles, ideas, and formats, but the algorithm just hasn t been pushing my Shorts out to new viewers the way I hoped. Even though I ve been improving my editing, pacing, and overall quality, it still feels like the content isn t reaching the audience it deserves. Because of that, I decided to shift my focus toward building something bigger: a full marketplace under my company, Zophos. I m currently looking for around 30-40 contributors who want to be part of a serious long term project and help shape it from the ground up.
