My team was an early user of Minerva and we love it. There are a couple of systems we use that require people to follow a precise series of steps; before, when we onboarded a new team member, I would sit down with them individually to walk them through it. Now, we can just share the Minerva version with them. It saves me a lot of time, and our team can now answer most of their own questions!
