Current/early client of Drata's here. While we're just in the early stages of getting setup they've provided us with a fantastic onboarding experience. Super communicative and able to answer all our SOC 2 related questions. Platform has great UX and is really easy to navigate as well.

Team is super responsive to feedback and input. It's obvious they really care Pros: Beautiful UI, easy to use, amazing customer support/community around the product Cons: TBD

Look forward to trying this out with our team. Pros: Easy to use - simple tool that solves a real problem. Jira integration is key for us here. Cons: First time hearing of the tool - new company to me.
