I’ve spent most of my career helping SaaS companies grow through better operations, support, systems, and product thinking. Over time I moved into leadership roles, but I never stopped being hands-on. I still enjoy building products, improving workflows, solving messy problems, and shipping things people genuinely find useful. I’m not a “build in public” guru or a serial founder. I’m more of an operator and builder. Someone who cares about reliability, clarity, user experience, and creating tools that respect people’s time. Lately I’ve been focused on AI, automation, and small products with real utility. Still learning every day, still experimenting, and still trying to build things that make the internet a bit more useful.
