Hey! We've been running Howler for a couple of years now and as we're nearing 100,000 jokes on our site we started to think of ways we could use them. As huge fans of the Giphy Slack App we thought that Howler could offer similar, so we built it! I've been a user of Invision for around a year now and never looked back, recent months has seen me throw in some Watch UI in their Web View but this is going to be way better! All I have to say is Invision helps me every day look even more professional than I probably should look. ;)

@bermster Yeah we have plans to have private and public areas, where you can make jokes that little bit more personal, were also working on adding leaderboards so that you can see how you rank alongside the funniest people in the world. And trending, trending jokes will come into their own when bit events happen.... lots to do...

@staringispolite Thanks for the comments, we currently see this as a highly social and viral site for anyone who has ever wanted to write jokes / kill time at the moment but we're aware that it has a potential to grow into much more, although a long way off we are looking at adding private sessions for users like your friend to write with each other in private. Plus this works well for users...
