
I think it's a pretty terrible model that after cancelling my subscription you take away my credits. I've paid for those credits through the subscription. So can I get a refund for the extra credits I haven't used? If I purchase a sandwich at a cafe and don't eat the whole thing, the staff doesn't come around and tell me I need to return the half eaten sandwich. This is ridiculous!
