I've spent 25+ years inside global technology companies — Yahoo!, HP, HPE, Pure Storage, and most recently MongoDB. Most recently, I led a 22-person team at MongoDB and owned mongodb.com end-to-end—strategy, CRO, experimentation, personalization, CMS, design systems, content, video, and engineering—while leading AI-driven discovery work and a major CMS migration and rebuild. Previously, I led global web at Pure Storage and HPE, driving engagement and organic growth across localized sites.
