I would forgo all the time machines and neural implants just for the ability to fly like Superman (does that count as science fiction?).
I don't even want it for transport or anything, just for fun. Heck, i would even be happy if it was for just one day of the week, like only Saturdays. :D

For me, getting good exercise in is the engine that keeps my fitness wheel spinning. If I exercise regularly, then good sleep comes easy which means I do not crave junk, and on it goes.
So, get a personal trainer. That's it! No need to live life on hard mode.
