I've been using Superhuman for about six months now, and it's the best email platform I've ever used - the customer service team is the most impressive part: I often get a response the same day if I have questions or even product feedback.
The AI writing tool is fantastic, and I've been waiting patiently for it. I'm hoping that it learns from my feedback and gets better at writing in my voice.
