Most of them are non-technical. Their apps break, they can't fix them, and the platforms that built the apps don't follow them past launch. Tero is the layer that picks up after — watching the app 24/7, generating code variants when friction shows up, validating with synthetic AI agents and real users, and shipping the winner as a pull request.
