I've used Zed for almost a year now. It's head and shoulders better than any other editor on the market as far as speed, responsiveness, and simplicity of UX. It's clear that the Zed team thought about the editor from first principles rather than tacking on a lot of random "features." I even write blog posts in Zed.

Warp is wicked good. I use it every day personally and during my day job as an engineer. Several of my colleagues have since converted. I've used iTerm for years. I briefly used Hyper (a web-based terminal) but web-tech just sucks for high performance tools. Very cool product. It's like Notion's "global search" but across the browser. For developers in particular (what was that docs page again?) it can really be a time saver.
