
The Suvie would have to be the WORST appliance I've ever had in my house.
The company has a terrible supply chain management, resulting in me receiving my appliance 4 weeks after purchase.
I signed up for their meal delivery service and I received my meals without "dry ice" for shipping; thus I was forced to discard the meals out of fear of food contamination.
I used the Suvie once and it went into Error mode. They claim the appliance is tested prior to distribution but the Bottom Shelf of my appliance was damaged. I doubt this occurred during shipping as the box was packed professionally. As such, Suvie needs to improve their QC standards.
I emailed their Customer Service team on multiple occasions for HELP and it took multiple emails across many days to receive a response.
I was looking for a new cooking appliance to save me time and SUVIE proved to be a time drainer. A simple high-end air fryer will meet my future needs....and at a margin of the cost.
