They claim that they are on the frontlines of a new employment market in China; a market which is only growing. Currently, more than 500 companies have job opportunities listed on their site. That includes some big names like BMW, Berlitz, and Lenovo. The site is relatively easy to explore, and the search engine makes identifying a particular job incredibly easy.
For employers, the Unique Built-In ATS and Talent Screening System should be screening out those who aren’t qualified for the positions you post. Meaning that you shouldn’t end up with a large number of applicants you can’t hire. We’re unsure if this works or not, but the general consensus when it comes to feedback is that it does its job.
