I'm an early user of Coursera and find it very useful for getting knowledge about different subjects. We had enjoyed Team access via Coursera for business inside my start-up for a while ago.

The IDE that I am using (IntelliJ IDEA) has a time tracking feature. I use it to track the time I spend for an issue to fix or implement a new feature. In every commit of Github, I can see how much time I spend for a specific item. Later, I use it for resource planning or analyzing the efficiency
