These guys are thieves. They received my samples at the beginning of 2021, informed me about data readiness, and after 6 months of "dealing" with my case as data couldn't be uploaded, they just disappeared. No money back, no data!
Their customer support is pathetic!
I'm planning to lodge a court case against them for my personal DNA data theft (as well as money theft).
