I build AI tools in Tokyo — mostly for myself first, then I ship them. Sente (先手) is a coding agent you can talk to: speak your request, hear the answer in your own voice, on one subscription instead of three. Koe is a voice layer where your voice stays yours — enroll with one sentence, and the delete key is in your hands. teai.io is the LLM gateway underneath: 400+ models, billed in yen, with latency numbers measured and published rather than claimed. Before this I spent years on marketplaces and mobile. I care about latency you can feel, pricing you can predict, and software that doesn't pretend to be more than it is.
