TravelTech is stuck in the past. Yay or nay?

Travel is about freedom so why do booking platforms still feel stuck in the past?
I love traveling but I hate the planning part of it all. I tend to get choice paralysis.
- Which hotels are better?
- What activities should I do?... I don't wanna miss anything
- Which flights should I book?
- Am I paying too much?
The ending... me not going anywhere at all and just watching Netflix.
