Docs as infrastructure for AI agents is the right framing. A year ago good docs were a nice-to-have for human developers. Now they're the literal interface your product presents to every coding agent - bad docs = your product gets skipped when Claude or Cursor picks a library. 20K companies and 100M reach means they're already the default, which makes the $500M valuation look cheap if...

Biggest bottleneck for building in public isn't making the product — it's making the demo video. If this actually turns a rough screen recording into something I'd post without cringing, it's a no-brainer. How much control do you have over the output — can you adjust pacing, trim sections, or is it fully automatic?

This is the missing piece. I've been using Claude Code and every time it generates UI it's a coin flip whether it matches the design system or goes full generic. Giving agents direct access to Figma tokens and components should kill the 'looks AI-generated' problem. Does it pull live component states or just static styles?

The 'powered by your private data' part is what matters here. Most agent platforms force you to feed everything into someone else's cloud. How do you handle data residency — can everything stay on-prem, or is there a hybrid option for teams that need both?
