Hi everyone! I m YM Yoon, a UX Designer & Product Manager based in Seoul, South Korea.

I ve been working at the intersection of UX design and AI product development at SK Telecom, where I'm focused on the end-to-end experience for conversational AI agents and large language model applications. My background spans both visual design and strategic product planning, which helps me bridge user needs with technical feasibility.

I m currently interested in how AI technologies and multimodal assistants can evolve everyday digital experiences making them more natural, helpful, and intuitive. I enjoy turning complex AI capabilities into simple, delightful user experiences.
