Hey Product Hunt! Thanks to the rapid advancement of AI, many things we used to only imagine are finally becoming reality. I’ve never worked in tech or development. I occasionally dabbled in basic scripting out of pure necessity, but building a fully functioning app was something I only ever dreamed of doing. However, I had a strong urge: Instead of endlessly searching the web for a tool to fix my frustrations, why not just build it myself? So, I started brainstorming with AI. By tackling my annoying little problems one by one alongside AI, I somehow ended up launching a real product right here today! Should I add more pages to my viewer app, or keep it ultra-simple?

Hi Product Hunt community,

I m a solo developer who recently passed the production review for a mobile document viewer app.

Honestly, I built this out of pure personal frustration. I just wanted a lightweight, lightning-fast viewer to read my files (PDF, PPTX, DOCS, HWPX) without being bombarded by annoying ads. Personally, I am very satisfied with how it turned out.

But now, I m hitting a wall of self-doubt.

I built an ad-free document viewer to fix a problem I hated. Here is my story.

Hi Product Hunt community,

I ve always been frustrated by mainstream document viewers they are often bloated, slow, and packed with annoying ads just to open a simple PDF. As a solo Android developer, I decided to solve this problem myself.

I created a new app with one goal: making it lightning-fast, clean, and completely ad-free for all file formats. It s now live on the Play Store, and I m focused on keeping it as lightweight as possible.

Since this is my first time launching a utility tool globally, I would love to hear your insights. What is the most critical feature you look for in a mobile document reader? Any feedback on what makes a great document tool would be incredibly helpful!
