I believe one person can make a difference. Yesterday I read a beautiful thought by Pu La Deshpande. He asks: why do some people create joy while others cause pain? Why do poets write, painters paint, or mothers endure childbirth? There are no final answers—life simply is. Meaning isn't something we find; it's something we create. A flower is just leaves and petals until we give it purpose: as a gift to someone we love, an offering to God, or a symbol we cherish. Life is no different. It gains meaning not by what we take, but by what we give. When we give our time, kindness, creativity, or effort without expecting anything in return, life itself becomes meaningful. That's why I believe one person truly can make a difference.
