Really impressed with the natural language processing. Asked it to "compare user churn rates between US and Canada" and got exactly what I needed with proper visualization. The trend analysis features are comprehensive. External data integration with Google Trends is smart for campaign analysis. Downside: the 10-15 minute wait for deep reports breaks my workflow. Sometimes I forget I requested one and miss the results. Still worth it overall.
