Built Nibi with @expo and honestly can't imagine shipping both platforms this fast any other way. Single codebase → native iOS/Android apps with platform-specific UI patterns respected. EAS Build + TestFlight integration meant I could iterate with beta users daily without the usual deployment nightmares.
