I made this app because my mom have experienced with bloating, and I don't want any harsh medications or chemicals in her body so I flew to china to learn about TCM. While learning in China, I discovered that specific eating order can help with bloating a lot. For example if you consume vitamin C before anything else it will allow nutrients to be absorbed better. It also uses TCM wisdom of walk 100 steps after each meal to live to 99. Hope you all enjoy it!
