Beware, they charged me after cancellation and still no refund! I canceled my account, yet they still charged my card. I was told I would receive a refund within 10–14 days, but it’s been much longer, and I haven’t received anything. Every time I contact support, I get a different person with a different excuse. This feels like a scam. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience!!!!
