This is (afaik) the first comprehensive site to let 'normal' people understand their leases, partnership contracts, freelance agreements etc., in plain English, with little to no cost, but without neglecting important analysis.
A lot of sites have overly complex fricition for providing such insights, or they aim for high-tier law-related professions.
