I like to have an opportunity to do both. The most suitable model of work for me - 3 or 4 days at office and 2 or 1 days at home per week. At office it's easier to connect with a coworkers, have a small talk and etc. But sometimes I feel like I need to work remotely (because of mood for instance).

Good question! Looking forward to find new tips. In my practice I try to be empathic and ask personalized questions. For example, I know that my colleague was about to move and I ask him: "How's it going with the moving? Is everything going according to plan? How can I help you?" I think the whole trick is to make sure the question is from the heart and that you are interested in the answer....
