I am an innovative psychologist integrating strategy, psychological sciences, digital, data and tech. My research projects focus on the intersections of ADHD, cognitive psychology (MSc thesis), personality and individual differences psychology (MRes thesis), and achieving equity and inclusion in knowledge economies (MBA Thesis). All of this is reflected in the vision we have created at Shimmer for the benefit of members and the wider neurodivergent community. Shimmer stands out and challenges the elitist status quo by making ADHD coaching accessible to everyone.
