
Intercom is a decent tool. I appreciate that they support sending emails. But it can be challenging to find information on the dashboard, and there are too many features that our team doesn't use. This can be distracting and time-consuming.

Help Scout was a great tool for our team until we switched to chat support. However, I was disappointed to learn that we lost access to all of our email threads and contacts once our subscription expired. I expected that we would still be able to access our existing data, even if we couldn't send or receive new emails.
