This webapp gathers Google Maps reviews and summarises the key words, rating distributions, local-tourist demographics and uses the OpenAI API to summarise the reviews into actionable insights. I built it to be a useful tool for businesses of all sizes – it is perfect for a quick online consumer sentiment check for yourself or for competitors.

While working on a marketing assignment, I found there was no tool out there which made it easy to analyse a businesses Google Reviews in a visually appealing and digestible way. It was great hands-on way to apply what I’m learning through my studies, and I’m excited to keep exploring how AI can support decision-making for businesses.
